Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil is a dual-sided eyebrow pencil for highlighting and defining your eyebrows. Available in 2 shades, this versatile, double-ended eyebrow tool features a shimmer end for highlighting the brow bone and a matte end for defining the brow line. To achieve a natural-looking finish, first apply the shimmer end, follow with the matte end, and then blend the creamy, non-wax formula.

Step 1 - Apply underneath the brow line from arch to tail. Step 2 - Next,apply the matte side of the double-ended brow pencil underneath the brow from the front of the brow all the way toward the tail. Step 3 - Blend using the flat end of brush 20 for a seamless finish that adds a lifting effect to the brows. Step 4 - Highlighting duo pencil can also be used as an eye shadow primer. Step 5 - Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic,shimmer or duo chrome shadows. Step 6 - Use the matte end to prime for matte shadows.
